Use of the Service:

You may use our CRM software and related services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You agree not to use the service for any unauthorized or illegal activity, or to transmit any malicious or harmful content.

Appointment Scheduling:

We will use the information you provide to schedule appointments with our appointment setters. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, and for keeping track of your appointments.

Communication with Appointment Setters:

You may communicate with our appointment setters through the CRM software, but you agree not to engage in any abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

Changes to the Service:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the CRM software and related services at any time, without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the service.

Intellectual Property:

The CRM software and related services, and all content and materials included on the service, are the property of Leadment Tech and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials on the service without our express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The CRM software and related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Leadment Tech be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the CRM software and related services.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leadment Tech is headquartered without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the services provided by Leadment Tech shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction in which Leadment Tech is headquartered, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
